About Us

Founded in 1993

in La Romana, Dominican Republic, Orfanato Niños y Niñas de Cristo consists of two orphanages housing orphaned and vulnerable children. Many of these children have been victims of abuse and abandonment. Regardless of their nationality, we are dedicated to improving the lives of the children we receive with open arms – focusing on education, health, and housing.

Our commitment is to provide a safe and loving environment where each child can heal and grow. Through educational programs tailored to their needs, recreational activities that promote holistic development, and a dedicated team of professionals, we aim to provide them with the tools they need to build a better future. We firmly believe in each child’s ability to overcome adversity and reach their fullest potential
